Before you call us

The power is out. Do I call you or the grid operator?
If your neighbours have no power either, call Elektrodistribucija Srbije. If it's just you, check the fuse board.

Why does my breaker trip when I turn on the water heater or washing machine?
Usually because the circuit is overloaded or the appliance itself is faulty. If the RCD (FID sklopka) trips, current is leaking somewhere, often through a worn water heater element or because of damp. That switch protects you from electric shock, so don't keep resetting it. Can I have an electric car charger installed at home?
Yes, if your connection and fuse board can take it. First we check whether the supply is single-phase or three-phase, how much power your connection is approved for and what state the board is in. If you need more power, the request goes to Elektrodistribucija Srbije. We then wire the charger to its own circuit, with its own protection.
