CCTV in Valjevo. See who was at the gate, even when you're away
CCTV shows you on your phone what's happening around your house, shop or warehouse, live or from the recording. When you need it
You're at work all day and the house and yard stand empty. You want to see on your phone who came up to the gate, and when.
You run a shop or café and need footage of the entrance, the till and the stock room, in case of theft or a dispute with a customer.
Your weekend house stands empty for months and it's too far to pop in often. After a storm or the winter, a camera shows you whether everything is all right.
Your company car park or warehouse is left unattended at night. The footage shows which vehicle came in and at what time.
Good to know
An IP camera sends a digital picture over a network cable to an NVR recorder and usually draws its power over the same cable (PoE), so such a camera needs just one cable. Analogue HD cameras connect to a DVR recorder by coaxial cable. If the building already has coaxial cables from old cameras, they can often be reused, so the walls stay untouched. In an IP system, a camera added later only has to reach the nearest PoE switch on the same network, not the recorder itself.
How we work
You send us photos.
Photograph the yard, entrances or rooms you want on camera, send the pictures via Viber, WhatsApp or email, and tell us where your router is.
We choose the camera spots.
For each camera we set the height and angle so it covers an entrance or approach without looking into other people's windows or onto the street.
We fit cables and cameras.
The cables go through walls, trunking or existing conduit, then we mount the cameras and the recorder. The recorder is best kept where an intruder won't easily find it.
We set up recording.
We set the cameras to record all the time or on motion, connect the recorder to the internet and check the picture from every camera, in day and night mode.
We hand the system over.
We set the app up on your phone, then take you through playback, saving a clip and giving your family access.
How much does home CCTV cost?
It depends on how many cameras we fit, how much cable we run, the resolution and how long you want to keep footage. So we don't guess a price over the phone: first we visit, suggest where the cameras go so no corner is left uncovered, then quote for equipment and fitting. Call 060 3408993 to book a visit.
How many days of footage can I look back through?
As many days as fit on the recorder's hard drive. That comes down to how many cameras there are, the resolution and whether they record all the time or only on motion. When the drive is full, the recorder usually overwrites the oldest footage. Tell us how many days you need, and we'll size the drive to match.
Do the cameras record at night?
They do. Cameras with infrared lighting can see in the dark, usually in black and white. How far that lighting reaches varies from model to model, so a camera for a long yard or a car park is chosen differently from one for the front door. Outdoor lighting helps as well: with more light, night footage is clearer.
